Working principle
GZ series semi-automatic piston single-head filling machine is a filling machine developed by our company for filling high-concentration fluid. It is a three-way principle of driving a piston and a rotary valve through a cylinder to extract and produce high-concentration materials. The recirculation amount can be adjusted by controlling the stroke of the cylinder with a reed switch.

4. The rotary valve used in this machine is a PTFE material with wear resistance, acid resistance and high temperature resistance. It cannot be knocked and collided at will during cleaning.
