Operation method:
1 Try cutting before working and observe whether the specifications of the cut vegetables are consistent with the required specifications. Otherwise, you should adjust the thickness of the slice or the length of the cut vegetables and work normally after meeting the requirements.
2 Install the vertical knife. Smart vegetable cutter installs the vertical knife: put the vertical knife on the fixed knife plate, the cutting edge is in parallel with the lower end of the fixed knife plate, the fixed knife plate pin is on the knife holder, fasten the cutter nut, and remove the fixed knife The blade is enough.
