Instructions
1. Before starting the machine, first check whether the transmission parts are loose or not, and if there is any abnormal noise, remove them in time.
2. Each connected power line electrical device has damage or leakage.
3. After the inspection equipment is normal, start in sequence, lower grading sieve, cutter, cloth belt, (lifting machine), and vice versa when shutting down.
4. Remove the foreign matter from the dried material to prevent damage to the cutter, then put the material into the feed port, adjust the size of the hopper discharge door and the speed of the conveyor belt, so that the feed is even and the cutter is cut. Material synchronization. The speed regulating motor adjusts the feeding speed, the feeding adjustment belt cuts the particle size quickly, and the cutting granularity is small when the adjustment is slow. According to the customer's requirements, adjust the feed speed, cut out the different sizes of materials.
5. Adjust the cutter, loosen and unscrew the side cover on both sides of the upper cover, adjust the distance between the two sides of the connecting rod to shorten the gap, and vice versa. Adjust the connecting rods on both sides, and the blade must not be cut when the blade is turned to the lowest. The knife is kept at 1 mm from the conveyor belt. In order to avoid cutting the belt, it will affect the normal use. After adjusting the clearance, the screw caps are re-fixed.
6. The material to be cut enters the sieve body and is classified by sieve. Replace the screen to meet the required product specifications according to customer requirements
7. The material that is cut is blocked by the screen hole, so as not to affect the discharge, the oil is high, and the oil remaining on the equipment is cleaned in time to ensure clean and hygienic.
8. The sieve body has two structures, one is a rubber bearing inside the sieve arm, and the other is supported by a spring.
9. The lower discharge screen vibrates the motor, the direction of rotation rotates in the direction of the arrow, or rotates counterclockwise, if the reverse direction does not discharge.
10. All transmission parts bolts, electrical appliances, lines, regular inspection of oil injection, and timely elimination of problems to ensure normal use.
11. The fabric belt is equipped with a speed-regulating motor, which can be adjusted at any time according to the strength of the cutting material. The PVC belt may have a deviation after a period of time. Fine-tune the adjusting bolts at both ends, which cannot be adjusted, and which side to run to the side. Turn to the side.
