Condensed Milk Processing Line Coconut Coconut Dairy Milk Production Line
Device Description
Milk processing line is mainly used for the sterilization of milk products such as milk, goat milk and camel milk. It can also be used for the sterilization of liquids such as beer, egg liquid, honey and soy milk. The main principle is the principle of pasteurization, that is, low-temperature sterilization, that is, no more than 100 ° C for milk sterilization, pasteurization can retain the beneficial bacteria in the milk, while eliminating harmful bacteria such as E. coli.
The sterilization time of the sterilization equipment is adjustable from 5 to 40 minutes; the sterilization temperature is adjustable from 50 to 99 degrees Celsius and an automatic temperature control device is provided. The sterilization tank is equipped with a heat preservation facility and a temperature compensation device, which ensures the balance of the water temperature in the tank and ensures the sterilization effect.
Production Process
The whole milk is stored in a fresh milk storage tank. The fresh milk storage tank is cooled by a compressor and has a low-temperature preservation function. When sterilization is required, the centrifugal milk pump connecting the storage tank and the 8-parallel vertical pasteurization tank is opened. Filter sterilization by 350# heat transfer oil or hot water, the sterilization time is about 2-2.5 hours, and the sterilization temperature is 85 degrees Celsius.
After the sterilization is completed, it is filtered into the filter through the milk pump for secondary filtration. After the filtration is completed, the pasteurized milk is put into a homogenizer for homogenization. After the homogenization is completed, the centrifugal milk pump is turned on, and the pasteurized milk is put into the pre-cooling tank. The pre-cooling tank is cooled by using cold water, and the cooling time is about 1-1.5 hours, and generally the temperature is lowered to 45° or less to enter the compressor. Refrigerated refrigerated tanks, otherwise have an impact on the quality of the milk and the service life of the equipment. After the cooling is completed, the centrifugal milk pump that connects the pre-cooling tank and the refrigerating tank is opened, and the pasteurized milk is put into a refrigerating tank for storage.
