Product Description:
The swing type oven is also called a flat-roof oven. It is mainly used for roasting peanuts and nuts, such as red-skinned peanuts, Japanese beans, full-mouth, pistachio and other granular foods. The raw material is fed into the roasting tray, and the roasting tray is horizontally moved while being heated at the bottom, so that the granular food is evenly heated by rolling on the roasting tray. It does not peel off the surface coat, especially suitable for roasting of wrap products.
The machine has high productivity, low food breakage rate and uniform color. The roasted product is not in contact with fireworks and is not contaminated.
Heating method: heat transfer oil, electric heating, gas heating, with digital temperature display. The heating is even, the color of the food is good, and there is no paste.
